Global ICT and network energy solutions provider Huawei is providing its FusionHome Smart Energy Solution in the Australian solar market, and has singled out LG Chem’s cutting-edge energy storage batteries for their compatibility with the system.
Each product will be available through their own distributors in Australia.
With an ability to generate, manage and store power and ensure the quality of power consumption, FusionHome Smart Energy Solution is explained as “aiming to refine smart energy management, providing an easy-to-distribute, easy-to-install and easy-to-use solution that maximises return on investment from installing solar PVs at home”.
Steven Zhoutao, General Manager for Huawei’s Smart PV Business Residential Solution, says: “We believe we will contribute our expertise to the residential market, better develop the residential solar technology and provide strong support for a sustainable development and technical advancements of the global PV market.”
The technology was launched in Europe in mid 2017 during Inter-Solar Munich and is now being made available through Huawei’s network of distributors in Australia.
Founded three decades ago, Huawei network energy products and solutions are used in over 170 countries, serving one third of the world’s population. The company has now declared plans to further explore the residential solar market in Australia.
